A Dive into the 2020 McLaren Speedtail and Senna Models

Entrepreneur Manny Bojorquez is the owner of Hyperfastcars.com, a company he grew from scratch to more than $10 million in sales. At the Anaheim, California-based company, auto enthusiast Manny Bojorquez offers engine upgrades for high-end McLaren cars.

McLaren has an impressive catalog of supercars coming out in 2020. Two that stand out are the 2020 Speedtail and the McLaren Senna, both part of the company’s Ultimate Series models.

The 2020 Speedtail is a hypercar that pays homage to the McLaren F1, even featuring the iconic model’s three-seat interior. Unlike other McLaren models that merge several areas of focus from handling to driving dynamics and acceleration, the Speedtail was built with one goal in mind: speed. Powered by a 4.0l twin-turbo V8 with a 308-hp electric motor for 1,035 horsepower, the car can reach a top speed of over 250mph and accelerate to 186mph in 12.8 seconds. With its prolonged rear, it is the most drag-efficient McLaren ever assembled and the company’s first-ever Hyper-GT. Only 106 Speedtails will be built but will not be street-legal in the United States.

The McLaren Senna was named after legendary Formula 1 track driver Ayrton Senna. With a low weight of 2,850 pounds and aerodynamics generating a downforce as much as 1,764 pounds at 155mph, the Senna is a road-legal car that truly belongs on the race track. It’s even the fastest McLaren road car on the track. Powered by 4.0l twin-turbo V8 units producing 789 horsepower, it can reach a top speed of 211mph and accelerates to 60mph in 2.6 seconds. Only 500 models will be built.

The Effectiveness of PEA in Reducing Inflammation and Pain

Based in Anaheim, California, Manny Bojorquez is an entrepreneur involved with multiple ventures. As the owner of peaCURE, Manny Bojorquez has been a part of a larger trend of addressing pain management.

More recently, researchers have discovered the efficacy of PEA in reducing inflammation. Formally known as palmitoylethanolamide, PEA is a cannabimimetic that occurs naturally in the body.
When inflammation occurs in the body, a series of processes trigger the production of lipid (protein) mediators that shut down inflammation. PEA is one of these mediators.

PEA is an effective mediator in reducing inflammation and pain, and this fact has been substantiated through pre-clinical studies. The protein has been proven to have both anti-inflammatory and anti-analgesic effects and reduces pain. These findings are important in the scope of being an alternative to treating pain. Currently, opioids are the primary methods used to treat pain, a therapy that comes with an amalgam of side effects including addiction.

However, some experts suggest that PEA can replace traditional forms of opioid treatment. In the case of the above article in Pain Therapy, researchers found PEA could be used concomitantly with opioids to relieve pain and reduce the degree that patients have to rely on the latter.
